For individual applications we always need the following: - A copy of your ID; - A municipal account (utility bill) if you own the property, or your landlord's details if you are not the owner; and - A bank confirmation letter for the account in your name from which the instalments will be debited each month after contract acceptance. Please note, we also need 3 months' payslips as well as 3 months' bank statements to complete a credit check. For a business application the document requirements may differ, so our account manager will tell you exactly what is needed to process your business's application.

After a successful site inspection, the installation usually takes between 1 and 3 days to complete. Factors such as unforeseen weather, system size and existing non-compliant electrical wiring can, however, delay the installation beyond this period.
